WHEREAS, David and Cheryl Wolf have submitted the attached proposed
lot split for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the proposed lot split at 1355 and 1359
Galtier Street described as:
1355 Galtier: "That part of Lot 8 which lies south of the north
20 feet of said Lot 8 and all of Lot 9, Block 6, Rice Street
Villas Sub. of Lots 8, 10, 12, 13 and the East 274.50 feet of Lot
11, Walcott's Addition to Cottage Homes"; and
1359 Galtier: "Lot 6 except the north 2.50 feet thereof and all
of Lot 7 and the north 20 feet of Lot 8 and also that part of the
south 21.57 feet of Lot 5 and the north 2.50 feet of Lot 6 that
lies west of a line drawn parallel with and 96.96 feet west of
the east line of said Lots 5 and 6, all in Block 6, Rice Street
Villas Sub. of Lots 8, 10, 12, 13 and the east 274.50 feet of Lot
11, Walcott's Addition to Cottage Homes"; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections
67.304 and 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and
approves this lot split.
