WHEREAS, Kenneth and Joan Nerud have submitted the attached proposed
lot split for City Council approval ; and
WNEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the proposed lot split at 1401 and 1427
Davern Avenue described as:
1401 Davern (north parcel ): "The north 156.80 feet of Lot 1,
Block 12, Nomecroft Addition"; and
1427 pavern (south parcel ): "That part of Lot 1 lying south of
the north 156.80 feet thereof, Block 12, Homecroft Addition"; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections
67.304 and 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and
approves this lot split.
