A 20.00 foot �aide permanent sewer easement over� under, across those parts
of Lots 51 , 52 , 53 and 54 , B1ock 10, Burlington Heights Division No. 1 ,
the ce�terline of said easement is described as follows;
Commencin� at the intersection of the centerlines of Allston Street as
dedicated by the plat of Burlington Heigh[s Division No. 1 (now known
as S . Wi�throp Street) and Sprin�field Avenue as dedicated by the plat
of Burlington Hei�hts Division No. 1 (now known as Allston Street);
, thence southwesterly, 360.14 feet, to the intersection of the center-
lines of Springfield Avenue as dedicated by the plat of Burlington
Heights Division No. 1 (now kno�on as Allstoa Street) and Lenox Avenue
as dedicated in the plat of Burlington Heights Division No. 1 ; thence
continuing south��esterly on the last described line, 3.98 feet to the
, point of beginnin� of the line to be described; thence deflecting to the
right 58 degrees 27 minutes 52 seconds, for a distance of 184.97 feet;
thence deflectin� to the ri�ht 56 de�rees 24 minutes 00 seconds , for a
distance of 206. 51 feet more-or-less to the centerline of Springside
Drive and there said line terminates.
The side lines of said 20.OQ foot wide sewer easement are to be prolonged
or shortened to begin on the northwesterly line of Spri��field Avenue as
dedicated by the plat of Burlington Division No. 1 (now known as Allston
Street) and prolonged or shortened to end on ti�e southeasterly tine of
Linwood Avenue as dedicated by the plat of Burlington Heights Division
No. l (now known as Springside Drive):
Also, a 30.00 foot wide temporary construction easement 15.00 feet on
either side of the previously described line. Said easement to terminate
on July 9, 1985, or on completion of the project, as determined by the
Director of Public Works, whichever occures first.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

said improvement, not exceeding the cost thereof, and that attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified
with the signature of the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
