An administrative Resolution amending the Salary
Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolutioa regarding
premium pay for court repor.ter work.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plaa and Rates of Compensation Resolutioa be
amended �,a Section I (oae) thereof, so that a new Subsection., immediately following
Subsection K, Stenographic Premium, shall read as follows:
"L COURT REPORTER PREMIUM--Aa employee who is assigned to taking
and transcribing verbatim minutes of a City Council committee
meeting may be paid as a Clerk-Stenographer III for hours actua.11y
worked in such assignment. The rate of pay for the actual hours
worked ia such assigmaent shall be the same rate the employee
would receive if such employee received a regular appoiatmeat to
the class of Clerk-Steaographer III.
