That the vacation be subject to all the terms and conditions of Chapter 130 codified March 1, 1981, of the St. Paul Legislative Code, as amended. 2. That the petitioner pay to the City the sum of $650.00 as. compensation for the vacation. 3. That this vacation be limited to the existing encroachments, which upon removal of said encroachments, the vacated area shall revert to the City immediately and without cost to the City. 4. That the petitioner, its successors or assigns, by acceptance of this vacation, shall agree that no additional encroachment will be placed within the vacated areas described herein. 5.
