WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelo�xnent Authority has submitted the a�tached
proposed lot split for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split at the northeast corner
of Virginia and Minnehaha, described as:
Parcel 1-A (Westerly Parcel ): "The West 58.00 feet of Lot 21 and all
of Lot 22, Block 3, Humphrey's Addition;"
Parcel 1-Al (Easterly Parcel ): "That part of Lot 21, Block 3,
Humphrey's Addition, that lies East of the West 58.00 feet; and
Lots 4 and 5, Block 3, Humphrey's Addition, except that part of said
lots acquired by the City of St. Paul for the opening and widening of
Como Avenue;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections 67.304
a�d 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
