Upper Landing Pazk."
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, bp the Council ofthe City of Saint Paul, that
the City of Saint Paul agrees to comply with the requirements of said grant, and
FUR'l I3ER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and proper City officials ue hereby authorized to
execute agreements with the Metropolitan Council to accept and implement said grant, and
FINALLY RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation
of the Mayor and positive advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee,
that $3,000,000.00 is available for appropriation in the 2000 Capital Improvement Budget, and
said 2000 budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by the Council, is hereby fiuther amended
as follows:
