RESOLVED, That upon the petition of Paul Sween and Mark Sween,
those sections of public alley hereinafter described be and the same are
hereby vacated and discontinued as a public alley :
All of the East-West alley abutting and adjoining the north line
of lot 6, Summit Ave , Terrace, St Paul Ra.msey Co , Minn
Subject expressly to the following conditions and reservations :
1 . That the vacation be subject to all the terms and conditions of
Chapter 130, codified March 1 , 1951 , of the St, Paul Legislative Code ,
as amended.
2 . That the area to be dedicated as a public alley be described
as iollows ;
The South 24 feet of the East 20 feet of Lot 1; the North 20 feet
of the South 24 feet of Lot 1 , except the East 20 feet thereof;
the North 20 feet of the South 24 feet of Lots 2 + 3 and 4; the
North 20 feet of the South 24 feet of Lot 5 , except the West 20
feet thereof; and the South 24 feet of the West 20 feet of Lot 5 ;
all in Summit Ave . Terrace, St Paul Ramsey Co . Minn
3 . That the petitioners a�ree to make all arrangements for the
relocation of existin� utility services now located in the proposed vaca-
tion area. That the petitioners also agree to reserve the necessary
easements to Northern States Power Co, and Northwestern Bell for their
utilities that may be located in the proposed dedicated alley.
4. That by October 15 , 1984, the petitioners shall asphalt the
alley proposed to be dedicatedt as described above , all to the satisfaction
of the Department of Public Works .
5 . That the petitioners shall at all times , . including the veriod
