In the Matter of improving the following streets under the Residential
Street Paving Program (RSPP) by regrading, constructing a bituminous
roadway with concrete curb and gutter, storm water drainage facilities,
concrete driveways and sidewalk construction at intersections where
necessary. Streets to be improved are:
IVY STREET - White Bear to Curve '
HA2EL STREET - Ivy to Clear
HAZEL STREET - Cottage to Arlington
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby ap proved with no alternatives, a d that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 317,700 financed by Capital Improvement Budget Fun�s
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17th day of April, 1984 at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
