BRIDGE NO. 90378 (eastbound lane) from Exchange 5t. to Market St. by removing the existing asphaltic concrete wearing surface & waterproofing, repairing the structural concrete slab and placing a concrete wearing surface. The drainage to be improved by incorporating a drainage system into the wearing surface, and FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving KELLOGG BLVD. (eastbound lane-) from Cedar St. to Robert St. by removing the existing structurally supported roadway. including (south side) curbing, sidewalk and drainage structures, constructing aggreqate base fill , construct a bituminous roadway, replace curbing and sidewalks damaged by construction, new drainage structures and do all other work necessary and incidental to said improvement.
