In the Matter of improving the follawing streets under the Residential Street
Paving Program (RSPP) by regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete
curb and gutter, refurbishing the ornamental lighting system (St.
Albans Street, Grotto Street and Iglehart Avenue), reconstructing
drives where necessary and doing all other work necessary aad incidental
to said improvements. :
IGLEHART AVENUE - Dale to Kent
GR01T0 STREET - Hague to Selby
ST. ALBANS STREET - Selby to Marshall
HAGUE AVENUE - St. Albans to Dale
ASHLAND AVENUE - St. Albans to Dale
LAUREL AVI3NUE - Grotto to Dale
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 301,600 .financed by 1984 Capital Improvement Budget funds.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lOth day of April, 1984
, at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the unprovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
