In the Matter of improving the following streets under the Residential Street
Paving Program (RSPP) by regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete
curb and gutter, constructing an ornamental lighting system, recon-
structing drives where necessary and doing all other work necessary
and incidental to said improvements:
SUPERIOR STREET - Richmond to Western
GOODHUE STREET - Dousman to Cliff
MCBOAL STREET - Smith to West Seventh (Fort Road)
DOUGLAS STREET - Goodrich to West Seventh (Fort Road)
under Administrative Order - approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:

( 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l Oth day of AP ri 1, 1984 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
