WHEREAS, the description �: condition No. 2 of Council Resolution C.F. 281273
adopted December 21, 1983, which reads:
"2. That the petitioner grant and record an easement to the owner of
Lot 1, Block 5, College Park Addition for ingress and egress over and across
the southerly part of Lot 4 of said addition for access to and from Lot 1,
Block 5, College Park Addition and grant and record an easement to Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company and Northern States Power Company for utility easements
over the same easement area. Said easement not to exceed 20 feet in width"
has been determined to have an incorrect legal description which requires
correcting; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that condition No. 2 of C.F. 281273 be deleted; and in
its place, the following condition be inserted:
"2. That the petitioner grant and record an easement to the owner of
Lot l, Block 5, Excelsior Park Addition for ingress and egress over and across
the southerly part of Lot 4 of College Park Addition for access to and from
Lot 1, Block 5, Excelsior Park Addition and grant and record an easement to
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company and Northern States Power Company for
utility easements over the same easement area. Said easement not to exceed
20 feet in width;" and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all other aspects of Council Resolution
C.F. 281273 shall remain in full force and effect.
