THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 13542, Council File No. 231569, approved January 31, 1967, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended, in Section 2 thereof, so the the first (introductory) paragraph shall read as follows : "NO PARKING BETWEEN 2 :00 A.M. AND 7:00 A.M. Between the hours of 2 :00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. �e� exek:-e��.e�-k.e�.�s-as-l�e�e��.-de9�g�a�e�.�, no vehicle shall be left standing on the following streets :" That said section 2 is further amended by deleting, where the same appear, all references to other hours during which parking is banned, so that the same limitations (no parking between 2 :00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. ) shall apply to all the streets and places enumerated in said section 2, as amended from time to time. BRIDGE � NO. 90378 (eastbound lane) from Exchange St. to Market St. by removing the existing asphaltic concrete wearing surface & waterproofing , repairing the structural concrete slab and placing a concrete wearing surface. The drainage to be improved by incorporatinq a drainaqe system into the wearing surface . and FINAL ORDER : 7o decide on improving KELLOGG BLVD .
