Subd. 2. /F10TION PICTURE THEATRE.� "Motion picture
theatre" means an enclosed building used primarily for the
purpose of exhibiting motiDn pictures.
Subd. 3. �OARD.7 "Board" means the Motion Picture
Review Licensing Boar3 as described in section 277 .03.
Subd. 4. /FATENTLY OFFENSIVE SEXUAL CONDUCT.7
"Patently offensive sexual conduct" means any of t�e
following described sexual conduct if depicted or described
in a manner so offensive on its face as to affront current
standards of decency:
