RESOLVED: That Application R11149 for On Sale Liquor License, applied for by
Yorktown Investment Company, Inc. at 55 W. 4th St. , be and the same
is hereby approved, provided that
(1) There shall be no operation under the authority of the
license at 55 W. 4th St. , St. Paul , without prior approval
of the required bond by the License Inspector and the City
Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to any other
location without prior approval of the City Council as required
by law.
