00-1079Council File # Oa � 1C��) 9 OR4GINAL Presented By Referred To RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, NIINNESOTA CneenSheet# 100458 i3 Committee: Date 2 WHEREAS, pending a report and recommendation of the Planning Commission on 3 proposed amendments to Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapters 60 - 64 pertaining to zoning 4 regulations and to the City's comprehensive plan, the City Council desires to tempararily prohibit 5 the establishment of inethadone outpatient treahnent services until such time as a study of 6 possible amendments to the City's zoning regulations relating to such uses has been completed 7 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 and the City Council has taken action on the recommendations; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby d'arects the Saint Paul Planning Commission to undertake a study of inethadone outpatient treatment services, to recommend any amendments to the City's official controls which would address such services and to submit its report and recommendations to the Council; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, no permits or permission shall be issued or granted to any methadone outpatient treatment services in any zoning district from this date and untal the expiration of twelve months as allowed by Minn.
