RESOLVED: That Application R10976 for On Sale Liquor License, applied for by Mears
Park Development at 366 Jackson St. , St. Paul , be and the same is hereby
approve�, provided that:
(1) There shall be no operation under the authority of the license
at 366 Jackson St. , St. Paul , without prior approval of the
required bond by the License Inspector and the City Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to any other location
without prior approval of the City Council as required by law.
