WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, § 462.357 and § 64.210 of the Legislative Code, R. Although it is not a requirement of the staff, his client wishes to rehabilitate the outside of the building next spring to reflect with the Fort Road development guidelines. The store will be selling brand name items only. The shipments coming into the store will be handled by U.S. mail or UPS, not a larger carrier. Hearing no further testimony, Ms. Morton closed the public hearing portion of the meeting. Mr. Pangal moved approval based on findings 1 through 9. Mr. Levy seconded the motion, which passed on a roll call vote of 6 to 0.
