WHEREAS: A rec{uest has been made by Cummings-Pickett Inc. and Bandana Square
Title Corporation DBA The Dakota at 1021 Bandana Boulevard East,
to extend the liquor service area to the patio directly adjacent
to the buildings currently approved liquor distribution space,
between the months of May 1 and October 31 of each year, therefore
be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service be and the same is hereby extended
to include the patio directly adjacent to the building
