SCHNEIDER A[VD SHIRLEY BARENBAUM On September 14 , 1985 , Saint Paul Police officer Fehr assisted a motorist, claimant Lisa Schneider, in getting her keys from her locked car. After getting her keys, Officer Fehr dropped and broke the wing window on Ms, Schneider ' s car while trying to replace it. Ms. Schneider is being compensated for her $50. 00 deductible on the glass breakage. This office approves the settle- ment of Ms. Schneider ' s claim in the amount of $50. 00. On October 23 , 1985, claimant, Shirley Barenbaum, stepped into a trench that was located near Como Park Conservatory. The trench had been left unfilled with dirt but covered over with water and grass. Ms. Barenbaum damaged her shoes and clothing as a result of this incident i the amount of $77. 00. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Barenbaum ' s claim in the amount of $77. 00.
