Dear Sir/Madam:
As of Wednesday, October 25, 2000, the licensing office has not received payment of the $500.00
fine imposed by the Saint Paul City Councii on September 20, 2000, for the violation of sale of
alcoholic beverages to an under age person. You were notified of the fine by letter from the Office
of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection dated September 25, 2000. That letter
required that the fine be paid no later than the ciose of business on Friday, October 20, 2000. As of
Wednesday, October 25, 2000 no payment has been received. We have, therefor, scheduled this
matter for the City Council on November 8, 2000, to have your 3.2 Malt Off-Sale license suspended
until the fine has been paid if you wish to avoid the suspension of your 3.2 Malt Off-Sale license,
you should pay the fine immediately.
