WHEREAS: Prentiss Hamilton DBA The Pop Shop is the holder of an Original
Container License at 925 Selby Avenue.
WHEREAS: The License Inspector recommends revocation of the Original Container
License on the following grounds:
1. Failure to unlock rear exit door which is in violation of the
St. Paul Fire Code.
2. Allowing the sales of marijuana on the premises.
RESOLVED: That the Original Container License at 925 Selby Avenue be and the
same is hereby revoked.
