You were notified of the fine by letter from the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection dated September 19, 2000. That letter required that the fine be paid no later than the close of business on Friday, October 6, 2000. As of Wednesday, October 25, 2000 no payment has been received. We have, therefor, scheduled this matter for the City Council on November $, 2000, to have your cigarette license suspended until the fine has been paid.
