to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
property City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1, Bonnie Watkins the sum of $77. 00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about September 13 , 1985 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk ' s office on October 28 , 1985.
2. Jon Childers the sum of $1 , 114. 87 in full settlement of hi.s
claim of damages sustained on or about September 12 , 1985 ,
as more particularly set out in the [Votice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk' s office on October 4 , 1985.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY BONNIE WATKINS AND JON CHILDERS
Claimant, Bonnie Watkins, requests reimbursement for towing and
storage charges she incurred when the automobile she was using
was towed for violation of the 24 hour parking ordinance. Upon
investigation, it was discovered that Ms. Watkins had actually
driven the vehicle during the time it was supposed to have been
parked. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Watkins'
claim in the amount of $77. 00.

incurred to have tar removed from r:is automobile. His vehicle
wa� parked under the Wabasha Street bridge on September 12 , 1985
during the resurfacing of the bridgP, IVo sians were posted under
