a resolu'`�on in Council File No. 85-1467 approving the actions and
minu�tes o� the Oc�ober 8, 1985 rneeting of the St. Paul Board of
Appeals and �eview; and

cerninq ,�:�o�aer-�y at 1817 Ashland Avenue, Case NO. 55-85-H was �n-
correc�tly stated and should be amended.
Tf-?���t�,FORE BE IT R�SOLV�'D, that the Board ac�ion as stated in
Council �'ile NO. 85-1467 pertaining to 1817 Ashland Avenue should be
amended -to read as follows :
"BOARD ACTION: Grant a vaYiance if �he door measures 1 3/8"
thick all over, edges and center; if not, the appellan-c �rill
have �co cover the door to comply wi'th �he rire Code. "
B� IT FURT�IER RESOLVED that the Board ac�tion in �the minu�es
marked �xhibit A per'taining to 1817 Ashland Avenue, in the above
seferenced Council �'ile be amended to read as follows:
"BOP,�'�D ACTION: Bill Tilton moved to grant a variance if it
rneasures 1 3/8" thick all over, edqes and center. If not
they will have �o be covered to com�ly with Fire Code Laws,
�they will be allowed a month ro have this checked out.
Rudolph Sawyer seconded the motion. i�OTION CARRIED
UPdANIMOUSLY. "
FURTHER RESOLVED in all other respects the resolution in Council
File No. 84-1467 shall remain in full force and effec-�; and
FU�RTHER RESOLVED, That upon passage of this resolution, the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to -�ransmit a co�y of this
resolu-cion for recording �o �the Ratnsey Coun'ty Oifice of the Register of Deeds.
