RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 77. 02 (as amended by
Qrdinance No. 14662, approved December l, 1970) dealing with
Sewer Service Charges, the Council does hereby set a public
hearing on the proposed �ewer Service Charges for the year 1986
to be held on December 19, 1985 at 10: 00 a.m. , in the Council
Chambers, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of said hearing; the publication of which is to be had
at least seven days before the hearing.
