85-1566 WHITE - CITV CLERK PINK - FINANCE G I TY O F SA I NT PA LT L Council / CANARV - DEPARTMENT (/�'_) BLUE - MAVOR File NO• ���/�O� � Co cil R olution . , Presente By �,,j� / � Referred To lUi'� �(L ��� ��_ Committee: Date ��V �S Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the Chief Administrator of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has prepared plans, special prvvisions and specifications for the construction of an interceptor sewer called the Minneapolis East Interceptor, partly within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul, from Otis Avenue and Pelham Boulevard to St. Anthony Avenue and Emerald Street; and seeks the approval thereof; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans, special provisions and specifications for the construction of said interceptor sewer within said corporate limits of the city be and hereby are approved, including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city does hereby agree to cooperate with the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission in obtaining easements, issuing permits, protecting traffic and taking other steps necessary to protect the health and safety of the public, to protect private and public property and to promote the safe completion of this pro ject.
