WHEREAS, the Me�ropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWOC) by Dis�ric� Oour�
Case 472555 filed May 23, 1985 has condemned certain lands for the
constx�tion and/or maintenance of a metropolitan sewer interoep�or described
therein; and
Wf�REA.S, the Ci�y of Sain� Paul is the holder and owner of an easemen�
dated February 16, 1966 and recorded February 16, 1966 as Document No. 496488
in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minneso�a,
which overlaps in par� the ease�nent being condemned by �he M��l7C; and
'�'�FORE BE IT RESOLVED, �hat �he proper City Officials are hereby
authorized and direc�ed to execute a Consen� of Easement wi�h the
Me�ropolitan Waste Con�rol Commission with the provision tha� the City's
exis�ing easemen� be paramoun� �o �he Me�ropolitan Waste Control
C�nission's easemen� and that the Mn10C indemnify the Ci�y of Sain� Paul for
any liability and costs that may occur during �he operation and use of �he MnA7C's
metropolitan sevaer interceptor in the easement area.

l . 11/19/85 FINAL ORDER: lmprove HAMLINE AVENUE from Como Avenue to
Hoyt Avenue by grading and paving with bituminc�us
material , constructing concrete curb and gutter,
� constructing drainage structures and an ornamental street
lighting system and doing all other work necessary to
complete said improvement. .
Recommended approval with stipulation a variance on the
parking ban be requested from State and that residents on
Hamline be canvassed as to which side of street parking
should be banned.
2. RESOLUTION: to place rental income of city-owned property
at 121 Second Street in proper budget activity. (referred
10-29-85) .

and State grants and aids relative to Combined Sewer

High Bridge No.62090, grading,paving of approach roadway
• (Smith Avenue) , lighting and north overlook; also
