WHEREAS , a City Council Resolution, C.F. No . 276874, directed
the City Clerk to keep on file a copy of a Pedestrian Concourse
Agreement affecting Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 17, City of St . Paul
(St. Paul Proper) , dated March 10, 1978 , between the City, the HRA.,
and Watson P. Davidson, Jr. , and C.M. Bend, Jr. , as Trustees of
and successors to the Davidson Company, and such Resolution was
properly recorded in the office of the County Recorder as Document
No. 2117293 ; and
WHEREAS , a later City Council Resolution, C.F. No . 278734,
which instructed the City Clerk to keep on file a Pedestrian
Concourse Agreement dated July 1 , 1980 , between the City, the HRA,
Northerly Centre Corporation, Oxford Development Minnesota, Inc . ,
St. Paul Joint Vent�.zre and the Carlson Companies , Inc . , erroneously
described such Agreement as affecting Lots 8 , 9 and 10, Block 17 ,
City of St. Paul (St. Paul Proper) , and such Resolution was recorded
in the office of the County Recorder as Doc. No . 2148040 ; and
WHEREAS , this Resolution is being adopted to correct and remove
the erroneous reference therein; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that C.F. No . 278734 is hereby repealed and rescinded,
