That the vacation shall be to the front face of the existing wall only. We do not want any further encroachment into the right-of-way than currently exists. The petitioner's surveyor should change the survey accordingly. 2. A triangular piece on the easterly end of the azea to be vacated shall be retained as right-of-way - meaning it shall be excluded from the vacation. See attached drawing. The petitioner's surveyor shall change the survey of the vacation area to exclade this portion. 3. That the petitioner shall dedicate a triangular portion on the westem end of their property as street right-of-way to accommodate the existing public sidewalk which runs across this area. A triangular piece on the easterly end of the azea to be vacated shall be retained as right-of-way - meaning it shall be excluded from the vacation. See attached drawing.
