RE�OLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 0970-511-000 , to the Metropolitan
Transit Commission the sum of $1 , 404. 24 in full settlement of its
property damage claim sustained on or about July 2 , 1985 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk� s office on October 21 , 1985.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY THE METROPOLITAN TRANSIT COMMISSION
On July 2 , 1985 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Community
Services , vehicle driven by employee Fred Voss rear ended a
parked MTC bus on Como Avenue near Beulah Lane. As a result of
the impact, the bus sustained damage in the amount of $1 , 573. 74.
A compromise settlement was reached and we are reimbursing MTC
$1 , 404. 24 for their damages. This office approves the settlement
of the Metropolitan Transit Commission ' s claim in the amount of
$1 , 404. 24.
