As a result of the impact, the bus sustained damage in the amount of $1 , 573. 74. A compromise settlement was reached and we are reimbursing MTC $1 , 404. 24 for their damages. This office approves the settlement of the Metropolitan Transit Commission ' s claim in the amount of $1 , 404. 24.
