RESOLVED, That upon executian and delivery of a release in full
xo the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1 , Audrey Szymonik the sum of $141. 00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about May 20 , 1980 , as more
particulalry set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk ' s office on June 11 , 1980.
2 . Gary G. Rheault the sum of $306. 75 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about September 10 , 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk ' s office on September 16 , 1985.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY AUDREY SZYMONIK AND GARY G. RHEAULT
On May 20, 1980, claimant, Audrey Szymonik, tripped and fell on a
raised City of Saint Paul sidewalk on Grotto between Arlington
and Nevada. Mrs. Szymonik sustained injuries as a result of her
fall and incurred medical expenses and loss of wages. Mrs.
Szymonik is being reimbursed $141. 00 for her expenses incurred
from this accident. This office approves the settlement of Mrs.
Szymonik' s claim in the amount of $141. 00.
Claimant , Gary G. Rheault, requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile which he sustained on September 10, 1985 , when he
hit a manhole cover at the intersection fo Cherokee and Smith.
The City of Saint Paul had prior notice of this condition. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Rheault ' s claim in the
amount of $306. 75.
