ADMINISTRATiVE ORDER, Consistent with the authorlty granted to the Mayor in Sectio� 10.07.4 of the Ciry Charter
and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Planning & Economic Development to amend the
2008 budget of the PED Operations Fund, the Director of the Office of Financia! Services is authorized to
amend said budget in the following manner:
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1994, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul established the Neighborhood Sales
Tax Revdaiization (STAR) Program, C F. 94-1�27; and
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood STAR Program is financed in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 297A,
authorized by the State of Minnesota, Chapter No. 375, Sec.46; and
WHEREAS, t On December 10, 2008 the Neighborhood STAR Board reviewed and recommended a request from Sparc
to move STAR funding from their 2°lo Matching Loan Program to their 2007 Lead Window Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood STAR Board has reviewed a three year funding allocation proposal for the West
Seventh United Family Practice Health Center; and
WHEREAS, the final allocation to this project through the Year-Round Neighborhood STAR Program is being
recommended,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; that the budget be amended to reflect the final award of Neighborhood
STAR Year Round Program funding and amend financing in current accounts as follows
