Seventh Street, Sibley Street, E. Eighth Street and Wacouta Street into two lots; and 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 WHEREAS, the appropriate City departrnents have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and WIIEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the subject property; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed plat on October 4, 2000, where all interested parties were given the opportunity to be heard and the Council considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TI' RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached preliminary and final plat for Sibley Park Apartments on the block bounded by E. Seventh Street, Sibley Street, E. Eighth Street and Wacouta Street, subject to the following conditions: City Council approval of necessary street vacations; 2. L!
