This will pay for all food and refreshments costs incurred by the Department of Fire and Safety Services to hold a seminar on Positive Pressure Ventilation at the Training Center on July 23, 24, and 25, 2007 at the Saint Paul Fire Department Training Center. Participants from other fire departments have each paid a fee that will cover the cost of the program including food and refreshments. The public purpose of this training will give the Saint Paul Fire Department the opportunity to expand the tactics used on fire ground increasing firefighter safety and increasing potential for successful victim rescue. Also, by inviting outside departments to this training seminar it expands our network and improves our relationships with other communities.
