WIIEREAS, a request has been received from Kathleen Turner, on behalf of the owner of the properry
at 866 Mound Street, Saint Paul, for the release of an easement originaliy taken by Council File No.
250749, approved by the Council October 7, 1970, described as follows:
An easement for slopes, cuts and filis, including right of removal of lateral support from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of
slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in CYRUS
BROOKS' HOMESTEAD AND THORP'S SUB., ST. PAUL, MINN. from McLean
Avenue to Elliot Place; and,

i9 BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resoluuon, the City Clerk is hereby
zo authorized and directed to record a copy of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder,

determined that the easement is no longer needed and has signed a form to release the easement.
