WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Saint
Paul to expend Municipal State Aid Funds for the improvement of Ford
Parkway between Mississippi River Boulevard and Howeil Street in Saint
Paul, City Project 85-P-09648, MSA Project No. 164-020-55;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State Aid Street Funds the additional sum of $600,000 to apply
toward the construction of said project and request the Commissioner of
Highways to approve this authorization.

The Public Works Cortmittee at its meeting of October 2, 1985 took the
