An ordinance amending Chapter 160 of the St. Paul Legislative
Code , entitled "Parking Meter Zones. "
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN :
Section l.
That Section 160. 03 of the St. Paul Legislative Code be and
the s ame i s he reby amende d to re ad:
160. 03. Parking� restrictions. When parking meters have been
installed indicating the metered area, no vehicle other than a
commercial vehicle shall remai.n parked at any time between the
hours of eight o' clock a.m, and aix-r�-�i�-p:m: four thirtv o'
clock p.m. on Monday through �ridap Saturday or-i�etween-ti�e-�nnrs
a.f_Qig�i#.-e'c.���-a���-a�.�-e�3..e�re�-o=�odf-a:�T-o�-B����el�a� , in the
mete red are a in any one p arking mete r sp ace for longe r than the
period. of time specifically set out for the lawful use of said
metered area for the charge imposed. Such� parking between the
hours of eight o' clock a.rn. and s��-o'�oe3�-�:�: four thirty o�
clock p.m. on Monday through ���d�.� S aturday �.�d-�e�wee�-ti�e-
���-e�e�g�i�.-o!e�e�#-a-.�T-a�Ei.-e3e�e�o-e3odf-�z�.--e�-S�at��elay
shall be specifically subject to any partial or absolute prohi-
bition against parking in relation to time during such period of
time as may have been established for such partial or absolute
prohibition of parking at any of the areas pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter , the provisions of Chapters 157 , 158 and
159 , or as may have been directed and designated by the director
of the department of public works as prohibited areas under pawers
granted to him by Chapters 157 , 15 8 and 159. (Code 1956 , as

5. Interim ordinance restricting certain forms of remodeting and
development along Summit Avenue pending completion of studies
of possible amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan and
zoning � regulations adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 462.355 Subd. 4. Committee recommends approval with
the following amendments:
At the end of Section 4 "unless the site plan application was
� received prior to the effective date of this ordinance"
should be added.
In Sections 3, 4, and 5, "not to exceed 150 days" should be
amended to "not to exceed 120 days".
