Ms. Honore sustained personal injury from her fall and incurred medical expenses. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Honore ' s claim in the amount of $500. 00. Claimant, David Wilson, requests reimbursement for towing ad storage charges he incurred when his vehicle was towed from the parking lot of 666 Ashland. A vehicle was parked in Mr. Wilson ' s parking space and he blocked the vehicle in. When the owner of the vehicle was ready to leave, he called the police department and requested that Mr. Wilson ' s vehicle be towed. Mr. Wilson' s vehicle should have only been moved and not towed. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Wilsons ' claim in the amount of $41. 90.
