RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Hildred Honore the sum of $500.00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about October 3 , 1984 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on December 17, 1984.
2, David Wilson the sum of $41 . 90 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about January 1 , 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk' s office on May 29 , 1985.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY HILDRD HONORE and DAVID WILSON
On October 3, 1984 , claimant, Hildred Honore, tripped and fell on
a newly constructed tree planter near 45 East 8th Street. Ms.
Honore sustained personal injury from her fall and incurred
medical expenses. This office approves the settlement of Ms.
Honore ' s claim in the amount of $500. 00.
Claimant, David Wilson, requests reimbursement for towing ad
storage charges he incurred when his vehicle was towed from the
parking lot of 666 Ashland. A vehicle was parked in Mr. Wilson ' s
parking space and he blocked the vehicle in. When the owner of
the vehicle was ready to leave, he called the police department
and requested that Mr. Wilson ' s vehicle be towed. Mr. Wilson' s
vehicle should have only been moved and not towed. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Wilsons ' claim in the amount of
$41. 90.
