Voting In the Matter of cons truction of a sanitary sewer in WINONA STREET EAST from
Ward 100 feet esst of Harvard Street to Woodbury Street and in WOODBURY
STREET from Winona Street East to Cmrtice Street East.

Also sanitary sewer connections.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 36,300 , financedby Assessment $34,684 and City Aid $1,616. Sewer
connections to be assessed at cost.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29th day of October, 1985 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
