Lend library materials via interlibrary loan procedure to the Minnesota Correctional
Facility Library at Stillwater.
ThE compensation involved will be to reimburse the expenses incurrea in search and
location of materials requested.

11. CONSiDERATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
A. Consideration for all services pertormed and goods or materials supplied by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this contract shafl be
paid by the STATE as follows:
