WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota receives applications for reduction in
the assessed valuation of certain real estate in the City of St. Paul , and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, through the Commissioner of Revenue,
recommends from time to time that reductions in assessed valuations be
granted, and
WHEREAS, the City ro�ay request, within 20 days, a hearing to object to
the reductlon, the�-efqre be it
RESQLVED, that the City Clerk will refer these reduction notifications
to the Finance Dep�rtment for review and recommendation.
