wHEREAS, in ouncil Fil� x85-597 on ~�,Ma;y- _ 2, 1985,
the St. Paul Cit Council hel� a hearing and determined
that the two story uilding loc�.ted on the following described
pro�erty was a hazardous buildi_:�g and must either be made
safe or razed:
Excluding the . 8 ft. for alley, N. 40 feet of Lots
5 and 6, Block 22 of Warren anc� Rice' s Addition to
St. Paul.
WHEREAS, Mr. len Anderson, aee owner of the building
at 522 Farrington, as entered in-�o an agreement with the City
indica�ing that he will be renov�-;�ing this building wi�hin
a specific time pe iod and under c�r-cain terms and conditions
as set forth in he attached n�o�osec� agreement which is
incorporated by thi reference; anc�
NO�a T'�EREFORE BE IT RESOLV�D, tize St. Paul C���y Council
hereby au-�horizes the �?��a.�_o~�r�_a-ce C�ty of�_icials to enter
into the attached r novation agreement regarding 522 Farrington;
BE IT FURTHER ESOLVED, the May 2, 1985 City Council order
requiring the cor ection and/or razing of this structure
be enforced in the manner and under ��he terms as set forth
in the attached agr ement. In all other respects the findings
in the resolution in Council File #85-597 shall remain in
full force and effe t.
