WHEREAS: On Septemb r 1�, 1985, a public hearing was held before the St. Paul
City Counc'1 regarding the suspension of the On Sale Liquor
License pr sently issued to Directional Food Services, Inc.

failure to pay the second half On Sale Liquor fee, therefore,

RESOLVED: That the 0 Sale Liquor License No. 10725, expiring on
January 31, 1986 issued to Directional Food Services, Inc. at
445 Minnes ta Street dba LeBistro Cafe, be and the same is
hereby sus ended.
