Pat ick and Marlys A. McCullough The McCulloughs own a building in Maplewood which houses Mr. McCullough' s law fi m. It is serviced by the Maplewood sewer system and a St. Pa 1 pumping station. Twice in January 1985 St. Paul city emplo ees incorrectly operated the pumping station, causing an overflow of raw sewage into the McCullough building.
