notified by (bmmunity Serv'ces that the subject property is no longer needed
and all other department have been contacted and have no use for subject
property, arid
WHEREAS, Independent School District 625 has been notified that the
Nokomis School site is bei declarec3 surplus l�i the City of Saint Paul and
will be returned to said 1 District for its use, arxl
NOW BE IT Z�ORE LVED, That the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized and directed execute a Quit Claim Deed to Independent School
District 625 for the Nokan s School site described as follaws:

Dear Mr. Donovan:
I received your Augu t 6, 1985 letter indicating that the City wishes
to return the subjec property to the school district.
This matter must be eviewed prior to going to the school board by
the district's Facil ties Management Committee. Their next meeting
is August 22, 1985, herefore, this matter cannot be presented to
the board until Sept mber 3, 1985 _for their action. ��
In the interim, the roperty will continue to be under the control
of the City of St. P ul . We anticipate that as of September 4, 1985
we will then take co trol and responsibility of the property. How-
ever, before September 4, 1985 we may be doing some preparatory
things in terms of cl anup and current maintenance. If you have
any questions, please advise.
