WHEREAS, the Re ional Transit Board (RTB) has established
the Taxicab Adv sory Committee which will consist of
individuals fro local government, the business community,
taxicab operato s, and consumers. A representative from
the Metropolita Airports Commission and the RTB will also
serve on the co ittee.
WHEREAS, Kathle n M. Hale, a City of Saint Paul employee,
has served as C uncilman James Scheibel's alternate on the
Governor' s Task Force on Taxicabs and has been involved
in the workings of the task force and is knowledgeable
of the taxicab usiness.
RESOLVED, that the City Council supports Kathleen M. Hale 's
appointment to the Regional Transit Board Taxicab Advisory
Committee as a local government representative.
