THOMAS YOUNESS
On May 16 ,; 1985 Thom s Youness damaged his vehicle as he struck
a City of �Saint Paul sewer manhole cover at the intersection
of Smith a'nd Cheroke in Saint Paul . Mr. Youness ' vehicle
was damaged in the a ount of $452. 46. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Youness ' claim in the amount of $452. 46.

was owned by the Ly ia L. Thom estate and it was damaged in the
amount of ' $232 . 00. This office approves the settlement of
the Lydia' L. Thom e tate in the amount of $232. 00.
