RE: Claim ag inst the City of Saint Paul
by Joann M. Sindt
Claiman�, Joanne . Sindt, requests reimbursement for damages
sustain�d February 5, 1982 , as a result of a sidewalk fall in
front of 555 Park Street. Ms. Sindt asked for $5, 000 in her
complaint and we ave compromise that amount to $300 . Therefore,
this office reco ends settlement of this claim in the amount
$300 .
